Hall Usage

WRITTEN CONTRACT MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE POST.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:   $150.00
Required in order to complete application for reservation.
Deposits are returned after the event provided the Hall is left in an orderly condition and there is no significant damage in the Hall.
Deposits are not returned if the event is canceled less than 15 days prior to the event.
Deposits are normally returned within 10-14 business days.

HALL USAGE:                   $225.00
MEMBER USAGE:              $150.00
To be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. If the event is in the later afternoon and evening, the Hall will close at 1:00 a.m.
All patrons must leave by 1:30 a.m.

EARLY HALL SETUP:            $25.00
If and when available, the Hall may be set up and decorated the day prior to the usage date. The time you will be allowed into the Hall for early setup will vary as the Hall is used for different events all the time, and will be up to the discretion of the VFW or its agents.
This does not guarantee the Hall will be available the night before.

SECURITY:                            $50.00
Required - Due to our liquor liability, a sober security guard is required to help keep an event from getting out of hand and the rules followed. The Security person must be a Post or Auxiliary Member. Alcohol we provide in our Canteen is only to be permitted outside in our fenced-in back yard. No outside alcohol is to be allowed on the property.

LAST MINUTE SECURITY:      $100.00
If you do not request security at the time of the usage and need security last minute, the Security Fee will be $100.00.

Please stop in at 128 Daley Road or call 810-664-9222 from noon to 8pm to check Hall availability. Hall capacity is 120.
We have a nice yard and horseshoe pits. There is room for a volleyball net or something along that line if you have one.
